I specialise in wedding photography from my base in Hawarden, capturing honest, emotional and joyful wedding days in a relaxed documentary style. Weddings are my core focus — I adore the energy, the laughter, the little details and the big, messy emotions that make each day utterly unique. If you want a wedding photographer who blends warmth with a creative eye, I’m your gal. My approach is 90% documentary and 10% guided portraiture. I work quietly and unobtrusively to capture real moments as they unfold, stepping in only when I can find better light or need to gently guide a couple so they feel comfortable and look their best. I bring a calm-but-jolly energy to the day: I arrive early to settle in, say hello to your crew, and quietly begin collecting the story — the finishing touches in the prep room, the groom’s nervous smile, the registrar’s line that makes everyone laugh, confetti chaos and the candid dance-floor mayhem. Couples choose me because I look for humour and heart in every frame. I notice the small things — the shoes, the signage, the leftover pizza box on a windowsill — because those details are memory triggers. My portrait sessions are relaxed: I use simple prompts and natural movement to help even the most camera-shy couples feel themselves again. For ceremonies I have a tried-and-tested rhythm that keeps me out of the way yet guarantees the key moments are beautifully captured. On the day I’m committed to making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’m discreet during vows, confident when organising confetti or group shots, and enthusiastic (often found on the dance floor) when the party starts. Many couples appreciate that I offer an optional engagement shoot — a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. While wedding photography is my specialist focus, I also shoot portraits, family, maternity and occasional business sessions — perfect follow-ups after your wedding or for growing families.
