We’re Andrew and Joanne from Jenkins Photography, a family-run, award-winning wedding photography team based in Ammanford, South Wales. For more than two decades we’ve focused on weddings as our core passion — quietly documenting the laughter, the tears and the tiny details that make each day unique. Our approach is relaxed and personable: we work to put you at ease so your photos feel natural, not staged. Our photography philosophy is simple — tell your story. We favour a story-led, candid style that captures moments as they happen while also making time for thoughtful portraits that reflect who you are as a couple. We pride ourselves on an eye for detail: from dress buttons and bouquets to the fleeting glances between family and friends. Joanne brings an expert designer’s eye to your finished album, arranging your most cherished images into a beautiful, lasting keepsake. We understand how important it is to feel comfortable with your photographer. That’s why every wedding booking includes a complimentary pre-wedding shoot — a gentle way to get to know one another and practise being in front of the camera so you feel relaxed on the big day. Many couples say the pre-shoot transforms their wedding experience, helping them enjoy portraits rather than dread them.
