I’m Andy — an Inverness-based wedding and elopement photographer who loves photographing real moments across the Scottish Highlands and beyond. Since shooting my first solo wedding in 2007 I’ve been hooked on the energy of weddings: the emotion, laughter and small, unscripted moments that make each day unique. I love the outdoors and thrive on photographing couples in dramatic Highland locations as much as I enjoy the big moments — the vows, the speeches, the first dance. How I work with couples: we’ll start with a relaxed conversation to understand your plans and what matters to you. On the day I aim to be calm, present and adaptable — creating space for natural moments while offering gentle guidance for portraits and group shots so everyone feels comfortable. After the wedding I carefully edit the images to deliver a cohesive collection that reflects the day’s light, mood and character. Based in Inverness, I cover weddings and elopements across the Highlands as well as Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh. While wedding photography is my main focus, I also take on occasional commercial shoots for businesses.
