Hello — I’m Mark Quinn, an award-winning wedding photographer based in Dunfermline, Fife. I describe my work as Natural Wedding Photography: a modern blend of documentary and portrait approaches that prioritises authentic emotion and relaxed connection. I love photographing real moments — laughter, unexpected glances, the small details that make each wedding uniquely yours — and I aim to do it in a way that feels effortless and enjoyable. Why choose me? I’ve been fortunate to have clients, magazines and industry peers recognise the work I love to do. I won Photographer of the Year for Central Scotland and have been published in a range of wedding and photography titles. More important than awards, though, is how I make couples feel on the day: calm, comfortable and free to enjoy their celebration. I pride myself on being a zero-stress supplier — practical, personable and ready to help where needed so you can get back to the party. My style is deliberately flexible. Most of a wedding is best captured unobtrusively, so I spend large parts of the day working documentary-style to catch candid, in-the-moment images. For couple and family portraits I’ll gently direct and shape a few scenes so you look and feel your best, but I favour natural interaction over stiff posing. I’ll gather groups efficiently and sensitively so you get the important formal shots without losing the flow of the day. Working with me is simple and informal. We’ll have a chat — usually relaxed and no-pressure — so I can understand what matters most to you. On the day I aim to be an easy presence: practical, friendly and focused on telling the story of your wedding. I’m based in Fife and happy to travel anywhere in Scotland and beyond. While wedding photography is my core specialism, I also shoot portraits, family sessions and pets, and offer combined photo+video options on request.
