I’m Alisa — a hopeless romantic who seeks out love in every moment. Based in Carrickfergus and working across Northern Ireland (and beyond), I specialise in wedding photography that feels honest, effortless and true to you. My work is documentary at heart: I focus on candid exchanges, quiet glances and the laughter that happens when people are simply being themselves. I aim to create images that are timeless, full of feeling and coloured with the bright, sunny tones I love. What sets my approach apart is how I combine a calm, familiar presence with a photographer’s eye for story. If you’re not used to being in front of a camera, I’ll gently guide you with simple prompts and natural movement so that nothing feels staged or awkward. I prefer to be an unobtrusive witness to your day — capturing the flow of moments rather than forcing poses — while stepping in when I know a connection or composition will make a photograph that matters. Over eight years of photographing weddings has taught me to listen first: to your day, your priorities and how you want to remember it. I help couples plan timing, choose locations that complement their personalities and create a relaxed atmosphere where people can be present. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement on a windswept cliff, a castle celebration or a family-filled ceremony, I treat every wedding as a unique story deserving of a sensitive, emotional record. Many couples love the option of both photo and film. I work closely with my husband, an experienced videographer (Lyman‑Sky), so when you choose photo + video we move together through the day with one shared vision — capturing different perspectives while remaining calm and friendly. While weddings are my primary focus, I’m also available for engagement and family sessions when you’d like to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
