Hi — I’m Bianka, a Bangor-based wedding photographer who specialises in capturing authentic, unscripted moments. My work is rooted in storytelling: I look for the small, honest interactions that make a wedding day feel like yours, then turn them into images you’ll return to for years. I position myself as a wedding specialist because documenting the emotion, atmosphere and narrative of your day is my primary focus. My approach is relaxed and candid. Rather than staging every moment, I blend gentle direction with documentary instincts so couples and guests can be themselves. This creates a natural rhythm where laughter, quiet glances and fleeting gestures are preserved without forcing poses. Many couples tell me they felt calm and comfortable during their photos — that’s the atmosphere I aim to create so your wedding photos feel genuine and timeless. I place a lot of value on preparation and communication. Before your day we’ll have a pre-wedding consultation to talk through your plans, priorities and any moments you most want captured. I also work with couples on engagement sessions when desired — these shoots are a relaxed way to get used to being photographed together and to build a rapport before the big day. While weddings are my core speciality, I also photograph family and maternity sessions, which complements my wedding work by giving me extra experience in capturing connection and candid emotion across different settings. My background in graphic design sharpens my eye for composition, colour and storytelling, helping me create wedding galleries that feel cohesive and considered. Based in Bangor, I work with couples across Northern Ireland and welcome enquiries from throughout GB.
