I do careful editing and light enhancements, but I won’t Photoshop you into someone else — that’s not the person your partner married. What I do is look for the genuine exchanges and fleeting details that, once frozen in an image, become proof that a moment once existed exactly as it did. On the day I’m present by design but unobtrusive by choice: I’m there on purpose, capturing life as it happens by chance.
