Hey — I’m Chris from C&A Studios, an Ipswich-based wedding photographer and videographer with a simple goal: to capture your day naturally and honestly so those moments last a lifetime. Over the last decade I’ve photographed and filmed more than 300 weddings across Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk. That experience means I know how to blend into a busy day, stay friendly and discreet, and consistently create modern, stylish wedding photos and films that couples love. What sets my work apart is my laid-back, people-first approach. I don’t do over-the-top productions — I’m there to record what really happens, to catch the laughs, the tiny details and the unscripted emotion. My style is unobtrusive and relaxed: I aim to make even camera-shy couples feel comfortable so the images and footage feel natural and timeless. From bridal preparations to the final dance, I focus on genuine moments rather than forced poses. Working with me is straightforward and personal. We’ll meet (usually a pre-wedding Zoom call) to go through the timeline and make sure I understand the flow and the shots that matter to you. I also offer pre-wedding shoots to help you relax in front of the camera and get to know my style before the big day. Whether you’re looking for engagement or bridal photography, a confident wedding day photographer or cinematic wedding films, I tailor my approach to each couple. A clear note on how I work: I offer packages for wedding photography OR wedding videography — not a combined package for both. If you want both services, I’m happy to recommend trusted collaborators I regularly work alongside so we can deliver a seamless coverage together. C&A Studios is named after my kids, Cooper and Amelia — family and memories are what drives me.
