I’m David Liebst, a wedding photographer based in Great Malvern with a wholehearted focus on documenting weddings. That means quieter attention to detail on the day and a gallery of images that genuinely reflect the atmosphere, emotion and little moments your family and friends created. My edit leans rich and colourful, and I look for natural light and honest expression rather than contrived poses. How I work: I blend into your day. My priority is to be polite, friendly and unobtrusive so guests relax and real moments unfold naturally. I do like to set aside a little time for portraits — usually short, relaxed sessions where I offer gentle guidance and let you be yourselves. Many couples tell me they enjoy this quiet moment together amidst the day’s excitement; it’s often where the most authentic, beautiful images happen. I’ll also be there from preparations through to the evening, working into the night if it suits your celebration. My process is simple and personal. We’ll start with a relaxed chat so I can hear about your plans and what matters most to you. I want to understand the flow of your day and any moments you particularly value. On the wedding day I focus on capturing the story — the laughter, the glances, the speeches, the tiny details — and I’ll deliver a thoughtful gallery that makes it easy to share and treasure those memories. I grew up taking pictures in Tanzania and now live in Herefordshire with my wife Sarah. That early love of seeing and recording life still fuels everything I do.
