Hi — I’m Martin. Based in Gosport and rooted in Hampshire, I specialise in wedding photography with a simple aim: to give you professional wedding photos that feel like memories, not poses. I love weddings because they’re full of raw emotion — laughter, speech-day nerves, cheeky dancefloor moves — and my job is to capture those moments honestly and beautifully so you can feel them again and again. My approach is natural, storytelling wedding photography. I blend into a room, read the atmosphere and give you space to be yourselves. That means you’ll spend your day with friends and family, not being guided through endless staged shots. Where portraits are important, I’ll lead with gentle direction to create relaxed, authentic images. For the rest of the day I work quietly and observantly, capturing candid, emotive images that reflect how it actually felt to be there. I bring experience and award-winning recognition to every wedding — not for the trophy, but because it’s a sign of consistent, considered storytelling. I photograph weddings across the UK from Gosport and Hampshire and welcome celebrations of all sizes. How I work with couples: we start with a proper conversation. Before the wedding we’ll plan the moments you want photographed and agree a relaxed timeline so photography becomes part of the day — not something that interrupts it. On the day you’ll often hardly notice I’m there; afterwards you’ll receive a collection of images carefully edited to reflect the day’s colours and emotions. I also photograph engagement sessions when couples want a relaxed shoot before the big day — a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create images you can use for invites or displays.
