Furzedown-based wedding specialist Juliet Lemon creates vibrant, natural wedding photos with a relaxed, documentary approach. With 16+ years and 400+ weddings, she captures real moments and joyful celebrations.
I’m Juliet (but friends call me Lemon) — a Furzedown-based wedding photographer who lives for the laughter, hugs and honest moments that make a wedding day feel electric. For more than 16 years I’ve been photographing weddings — over 400 and counting — and my speciality is telling your story through vibrant, natural wedding photos that feel joyful and true. My approach is warm, upbeat and utterly unfussy. I don’t do stiff posing or awkward instruction — instead I work like a friendly guest with a great camera, blending into the day so I can capture those in-between moments: the tear wiped away mid-speech, a private laugh between you two, the rambunctious energy of the dance floor. Whether your day is at a Surrey manor, a London townhouse, or a wild destination in the bush, my aim is the same — to deliver beautiful, honest images that bring you right back to how it felt. Why couples choose me is simple: I make being photographed easy and actually fun. My experience means I know how to read a day, anticipate moments and position myself so the shots happen naturally. I bring a relaxed, documentary-led style sprinkled with joyful direction when you want a few posed portraits — quick, natural and completely stress-free so you can get back to celebrating. I’m based in Furzedown and regularly photograph weddings across SW London, Surrey and the home counties, but I also travel for destination and safari weddings when couples want their stories captured anywhere in the world. I love planning with couples in the run-up to the day, learning what matters most to you and ensuring the photography fits the flow of your timeline. From prep and ceremony through to the party, my cameras and I give everything to capturing the story of your wedding day. If you want vibrant, heartfelt wedding photography from someone who’s equal parts professional, cheerful and quietly observant, I’d love to hear about your plans and help you relive the best day of your life again and again.
