I’m Sarah, the photographer behind Lawless Rose Photography, based in Folkestone. Weddings are my passion — I fell in love with them as a child and turned that love into a career in 2011. I specialise in wedding photography, focused on telling the story of your day with beautiful, light-filled images that feel effortless and true to you. My style blends lifestyle and documentary (reportage) photography with a touch of traditional portraiture. That means I’m looking for the candid, unscripted moments — the laughter, the tears, the confetti chaos — while also creating composed, elegant portraits you’ll want to hang on your wall. I love the small details almost as much as the big moments — the dress reveal, the nan’s tears, the first dance — and I work to capture all of them with sensitivity and style. We’ll have a pre-wedding consultation so I can learn what matters most to you, chat through the day’s timeline and get a feel for your style (and cake preferences — I’m known to suggest meeting over cake!). On the day I’m discreet yet present, covering bridal preparations through to the evening celebrations, always focused on creating a relaxed atmosphere. While weddings are my core expertise, I also photograph families and babies in Kent; however, my primary specialism and focus is wedding photography. I’ve been fortunate to photograph celebrations across Kent, London and internationally, and I bring that experience to every wedding I shoot.
