Hi — I’m Mike, a Faversham-based wedding photographer who loves documenting real weddings with a relaxed, documentary approach. My work is about those unscripted moments: the stolen glances, belly laughs, warm hugs and the little details that tell the story of your day. I’m driven by a belief that wedding photography should feel natural and honest, not staged or forced, so I aim to blend in like a guest with a camera and let your day unfold. What sets my photography apart is a combination of curiosity, calm confidence and a genuine care for couples. I obsess over detail — composition, light and timing — because that’s where the magic happens. My style mixes documentary storytelling with an editorial eye: I find dynamic compositions, use dramatic natural light when it appears, and gently guide you only when it helps create a relaxed, joyful portrait. The result is images that feel true to you and that you’ll want to look back on for years. I love working locally in Kent and around Faversham, and I’m familiar with many of the region’s venues — which helps me be in the right place at the right moment. More than technical skill, I bring an easy-going presence to your day. Couples often tell me they forgot I was there, and that’s exactly the point: when you’re relaxed, the photos are real. I also offer optional cinematic videography to complement my photography. If you choose to add video, I’ll capture the ceremony and speeches in full and create a highlight film so you can hear the voices, laughter and emotion that photos alone can’t convey. That said, my primary focus is wedding photography — everything I do centres on making your photos sing. Working together is simple and friendly. I like to get to know you, answer questions, and help make the whole experience stress-free — from a pre-wedding chat to a questionnaire and a planning call before the big day.
