About the Photographer

10 Years of Experience

I tell the story of your day by collecting candid moments — that’s the simple idea at the heart of my wedding work. Based in Droitwich and shooting throughout the Worcester area (and beyond), I specialise in reportage-style wedding photography: observational, unobtrusive and shaped around the real interactions that make a wedding unique. Why choose me? I’ve been a commercial photographer for over ten years and a storyteller with a camera for longer. Over that time I’ve learned to blend technical confidence with a light, conversational approach that helps people relax and be themselves. My priority is to create a calm atmosphere so couples, families and guests can enjoy the day — and I can capture the honest, unscripted moments that matter. My style is narrative-led rather than staged: I look for the gestures, glances and small rituals that reveal the character of your wedding. That might mean a sequence of quiet backstage preparations, the laugh between partners during vows, or the chaos and joy of the dancefloor. When a moment needs a little direction I’ll step in gently; mostly I prefer to be an observer so the images feel true to the day. Working with clients is collaborative. Before your wedding we’ll talk through timing, key people and the parts of the day that matter most to you. I can cover engagement photography too — a relaxed shoot that helps you get comfortable in front of the camera and yields images you’ll love to use for invites or displays on the day. After the wedding I carefully edit and sequence the images so the gallery reads like a story, making it easy to relive the highlights and the quiet details. I also teach photography and run workshops, so if you’d like a practical, friendly pre-wedding session to learn how to get better portraits or to understand lighting on the day, I can help with that too. If you want professional wedding photos with a documentary sensibility and a considered, human approach, I’d love to talk about your plans in Droitwich or Worcestershire and how we can tell your story together.
