Hello — I’m Adele, also known around here as Fly on the Wall. Based in Dinnington, I specialise in wedding photography with a documentary, people-first approach. I’m a people-watcher at heart — a bit of a ninja with a camera — and I love weddings that are adventurous, unconventional or simply filled with the kind of joy that can’t be faked. Why choose me? That trust lets me capture those tiny, perfect moments that become the images you keep coming back to. How I work: everything starts with a chat (and often a brew). I like to meet couples before the day so we know each other and you’re comfortable in front of the camera. On the wedding day I focus on being unobtrusive; I’ll follow the flow of the day, gently prompt when we want a few couple portraits and otherwise shoot the real interactions as they happen. I love outdoor and festival-style celebrations, intimate human-centred ceremonies and golden-hour couple shots. I also offer engagement/pre-wedding sessions for couples who want to feel relaxed and confident on the day. What makes my photography special is the mix of empathy and curiosity — I’m there to document life in the midst of living it. I’ve photographed weddings across Derbyshire and beyond and I bring that experience with me while keeping each gallery unique to the couple.
