How I work: we start by getting to know each other — whether in person at my Hylands Artist Studios in Chelmsford or via a video call. I recommend a pre-wedding portrait session (Hylands Park is a favourite) because it helps you feel relaxed in front of the camera and builds the trust that leads to better photos on the day. On the wedding day I blend into the background, capturing natural moments and stepping in only when brief, meaningful portraits are wanted.
