I’m Tamás — a filmmaker and wedding photographer based between London and Chalfont Saint Peter. As the founder of Stills From A Wedding, my work is rooted in documentary-minded storytelling: I aim to stay true to reality while capturing the essence of your day. My background in film directing shapes a cinematic approach to wedding photography — attentive to light, gesture and the small, genuine moments others often miss. Why choose me? I carefully edit and select every photograph myself — I don’t rely on AI or heavy retouching to alter the moment. For me, wedding photography is about honouring what happened and presenting it as I saw it — the perfection of imperfection. How I work: I blend unobtrusive documentary coverage with gentle direction when needed. I arrive ready to adapt, responding to what’s actually happening rather than imposing staged poses. That means many of the strongest images come from being present and relaxed — helping couples feel at ease so their personalities can come through naturally. I’ll be almost invisibly present during vows and candid moments, yet supportive and friendly during portraits or family time. My process extends beyond the day: each image is considered and edited with care to reflect the mood and story of your wedding. While weddings are my core focus and specialty, I also photograph couples, engagements and family sessions, and I offer photo & video work when requested. I’m available across the UK and for destination weddings — bringing a cinematic documentary approach no matter where you are.
