I’m Laura — a luxury, editorial and documentary wedding photographer based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Since 2017 I’ve focused entirely on weddings and elopements, photographing more than 150 celebrations across the UK and Europe. I specialise in telling wedding stories that feel honest, timeless and a little cinematic: the laughter, the quiet in‑between moments and the stolen, romantic portraits that make your day feel unforgettable. How I work: I like to build calm, friendly relationships with my couples from the first contact. We’ll usually start with a chat (I love a Zoom or a coffee), I’ll learn about your plans and share practical tips to make your day flow. A pre-wedding engagement shoot is something I often recommend — it’s a relaxed way to familiarise yourselves with being in front of the camera and helps you feel completely at ease on the wedding day. On the day I’m organised, encouraging and discreet: I’ll keep timings on track, gently direct when needed and capture the real story as it unfolds. My editing style is warm, elegant and editorial — designed to feel cohesive across your gallery and to stand the test of time.
