I’m Liz Pearce — a Brighton-based wedding photographer who brings a press-trained eye and a warm, “no fuss” approach to documenting your wedding day. After more than 20 years as a newspaper photographer, I now focus on storytelling wedding photography: natural, unposed images that put the emphasis on real emotions, atmosphere and the moments you’ll want to re-live again and again. I love working with couples who want authentic images rather than staged poses — but I also cherish the portrait time when we get five minutes to breathe, wander and create a few cinematic images together. I aim to make the whole experience enjoyable: from a chat or video call to discuss your day, through to a relaxed portrait session and discreet coverage of the ceremony, speeches and dancing. I’m passionate about crafting a visual story that feels true to you. Whether that’s an intimate legal ceremony on the seafront, a colourful alternative wedding in the North Laine, or a grand celebration in a Sussex venue, my goal is to deliver a cohesive wedding-day story that captures mood, movement and personality. While weddings are my core focus, I also photograph engagement/pre-wedding shoots to help you feel relaxed in front of the camera before the big day. Based in Brighton and serving Sussex and London, I’m happy to travel for destination weddings and adventures.
