Hi — I’m Hayley. Based in Brighouse and working across Yorkshire and the UK, I’m an award‑winning wedding photographer who specialises in capturing the real, unscripted moments that make each wedding unique. I’m a full‑time people watcher (and I unabashedly love it), so my focus is always on photographing the atmosphere and emotion of your day in a creative, relaxed and unobtrusive way. My approach is documentary-led: I look for the tiny details, the laughs, the tears and the in-between moments that tell your story. I aim to be part of the day without being in the way — guiding gently when needed, but mostly staying out of sight so you and your guests can enjoy the day as it happens. This results in natural, timeless images that feel like you, not a staged photoshoot. I also shoot hybrid photo + film, offering short preview clips and highlight films that pair beautifully with your photographs. This hybrid approach allows couples who don’t want a separate videography team to still relive their day with movement and sound — delivered in a complementary style so photos and film work together to tell the full story. Working with me is personal and straightforward. I take on only a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives my full attention and creativity. From our first chat through to the delivery of your images and film, I focus on building a relaxed relationship and understanding what matters most to you. Although weddings are my core focus, I also offer family and maternity sessions as a quieter, complementary part of my work — always with the same emphasis on authenticity and relaxed storytelling.
