I’m Leesha — a Braunstone-based wedding photographer and videographer who shoots nontraditional, high-energy celebrations that actually feel like you. My work is wedding-first: I specialise in wedding photo + film, capturing authentic, emotive moments rather than stiff poses. If you want someone who’ll hype you up, blend in with your guests, and make sure your skin tones look like you (no ashy edits ever), we’ll get along famously. My approach leans documentary — I’m there for the laughter, the messy hugs, the chaotic dancefloor moves and the tiny, tender in-between bits that turn into the best memories. I love fusion and offbeat weddings, and I’m driven by inclusivity: queer, Black, and alternative couples are wholeheartedly celebrated in my work. I shoot with a modern twist, balancing candid storytelling with a few beautifully directed couple portraits so you don’t miss being present with your people. How I work is simple and relaxed. I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple my full attention. We’ll start with a proper chat about what matters to you — whether that’s family formals, a micro elopement, or a big, wild party. I’ll guide and prompt when you need it, and otherwise I stay quietly observant to catch the genuine stuff. Photography and film are equal parts craft and heart for me. I’m a creative who’s obsessed with colour, true skin tones, and playful storytelling. Beyond the camera, I’m queer, a single mum, and loud about representation — a portion of every booking goes to BLM and LGBTQ+ charities because visibility matters. I travel across the UK (passport ready for destinations) and love documenting wedding days that throw the rulebook out the window.
