If you want a wedding photographer who feels like one of your mates and actually gets the story of your day, that’s me — Daz Mack, Photographer Extraordinaire based in Billingham. I’m a wedding specialist. My work is built around a simple idea: ditch the forced posing and let the day breathe. I shoot in a natural, documentary/reportage style — the real laughs, the tears at speeches, the chaotic dancefloor moves and the sneaky snogs at sunset. I’ll still take a handful of jaw-dropping portraits and the family shots you actually want, but mostly I’m there to capture your day as it happens, with a chilled, fun energy. Why couples choose me: I’m proper relaxed, a bit daft, and very experienced. Couples tell me I fit in like a guest with a camera — which means people are comfortable, honest emotions come through, and the photos feel like you when you look back on them. I’ve shot full-day weddings, intimate elopements and destination celebrations, so whether you’re getting married in Billingham, elsewhere across the UK or abroad, I’m up for the adventure. How I work: I aim to be present without taking over. We’ll have a quick chat before the big day so I know the moments that matter to you. On the day I move with the flow — in amongst the action, not hiding in the corner — grabbing those moments that make the story. For a few minutes I’ll take you away for some couple shots (I might watch from a bush while you snog, promise), then it’s back to the party. Extras and flexibility: I tailor packages around your plans — from full-day coverage to elopements and engagement shoots. Short wedding highlight videos are also available as an add-on if you want a moving memory of the day.
