Hi — I’m Matt, a Belper-based wedding photographer who loves photographing real people having a brilliant time. I specialise in documentary, candid wedding photography across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the UK, focusing on the kind of natural, personality-filled images couples actually want to look back on. That means no awkward posing, no endless interruptions to your day, and no ‘performing’ for the camera. Instead, I blend unobtrusive reportage with gentle, natural prompts when we sneak away for a few portraits. The result is warm, emotive photos that feel like you — not like a photoshoot.
