Hi — I’m Michael, the photographer behind Photo Bombing. I specialise in wedding photography from my base in Basildon and I’ve been doing this full-time since 2015. My work grew out of a lifelong love of making moments matter: from a point-and-click in primary school to travelling with a camera as a teen, and now telling wedding-day stories that put couples and their families at the heart of every image. The laugh between cousins, the quiet look at the end of the aisle, the messy dancefloor mayhem — those are the images that stand the test of time. How I work: we start with a proper chat — over coffee, a call or a video meeting — so I can learn what matters to you. From there I’ll be present and adaptable on the day, blending into the flow while gently guiding the portraits and family shots you want. I value collaboration: if you’ve seen an idea or image you love, bring it along and we’ll make it happen without turning your day into a photoshoot. Engagement photography is available as a natural complement to weddings — a great chance to relax in front of the lens and create images you actually want to display. After your day, your images are delivered in a private online gallery for easy sharing and downloading, giving you beautiful wedding photos you can treasure and print as you please. Based in Basildon, I cover weddings across the region and beyond.
